Modified coal tar pitch has the features of low content of dust, moisture, sulfur and phosphorus, high carbon content, large size and high melting rate etc.

Application:

Modified coal tar pitch is used in the aluminum electrolytic industry, for the production of pre-baked anode blocks, the manufacture of high-power electrode rods, graphite   crucibles, graphite electrodes, graphite blocks, coking, briquette-shaped coke, casting coke. It is can also be used as carbon material binders, metallurgy refractory binders, etc.
